一个好的presentation首先需要做到的是介绍主题，以便听众对你接下来的叙述有所准备。

列举要点
由于presentation是语言形式的输入，需要比文字有更强的逻辑性，所以你要阐述自己的叙述顺序和要点，让听众有一个很清晰的轮廓。
My talk will be in two (three,four) parts;

I will begin by looking at, Then I will move on to ··· Towards the end I II ···
There are three things to consider.
切入语

涉及到图表
大部分presentation都会使用图表。图表远远要比语言更加直观，对听众来说也更方便接收其中的信息。

由于Presentation无法像文字那样回溯或者直接跳跃，有时候我们需要提醒听众之前提到的或者是提前预告听众接下来还会涉及。

强调重点
当谈到presentation的重点，我们要进行强调，以便读者知道这部分是重点，提前做好准备。

解释问题
有时候听众会对我们的某一段叙述不理解，这种情况下我们要重新叙述，以便听众能够完全理解。

在叙述某个争议性问题时，我们要阐述自己的观点，可以使用以下例句。

一般讲演到最后，都有Q&A环节，常用表达可以用：

Office Powerpoint
作为学习办公的必备软件，powerpoint不仅上手简单，功能也十分全面，自带简单的素材、模板，并且能和excel功能链接制作智能表格。
Prezi
和powerpoint对比，Prezi的动画效果更酷炫，缩放，旋转，无边界，在线编辑，实时保存，简单易用，当然还有免费。
但Prezi不太适用于内容比较多和学术性比较强的presentation，否则显得过于花哨。
Focusky
结合了Powerpoint的制作形式和Prezi的动画效果，并且支持直接导入powerpoint文件，还可以编辑好后导出离线文件进行播放。
Nearpod
带有互动功能的展示工具，可以进行实时问答（有点类似于弹幕的感觉），比较适合网课情况下带有互动环节的presentation。
模板下载

Hippter.com
模板、素材网站大全，类似一个各类网站的导览。但需要注意的是，里面涵盖的模板网站众多，一些是需要付费的，或者故意把免费链接放在很不显眼的位置，在下载时一定要注意甄别。
如果愿意付费建议选择一些集合了图片、素材、模板的综合类网站（千图/Canva/fotor之类的），素材全而且下载也比较安全。

免费的模板下载网站，模板的种类很全面，而且可以按照颜色、类型进行分类筛选。
templates.office.com
Office官方的模板网站，除了powerpoint，还有word、excel的专业模板，包括商务、简历、广告宣传等各个主题。唯一不足的是模板相对比较少且设计比较简单。
tretars.com
免费的模板下载网站，风格比较酷炫有“逼格”，并且每个模板会附带不同色系和样式的内页。但由于都是几位up主自己设计制作的，更新比较慢，可选的模板也相对比较少。
当然，如果有兴趣制作原创模板，也可以参考一些设计师网站（花瓣、collectui、reeoo、siteinspire）找找灵感，自己进行制作。
PPT一定要做到干净整洁哦，字数要少，言简意赅，不要把所有想说的打在PPT上面，PPT上面放一些关键词就行了。
